Dalam kes ni saya sokong En. Hafizuddin (bapa mangsa) sebab foreigners dah melampau sangat.
Saya rasa marah tengok/baca berita kanak-kanak kena pukul, sepak, lempang, etc. Melampau sangat ya foreigners di negara ni.
Moga En. Hafizzudin buat laporan polis dan ambil legal action.

Bapa mangsa, Hafizuddin, menceritakan insiden tular di sebuah pusat membeli-belah di KLCC. Niatnya membawa anak beriadah bertukar tragedi kerana dikasari secara tiba-tiba oleh seorang individu. 🙌🏻

Satu lagi langkah penting dalam usaha pemodenan aset pertahanan negara.
Ketibaan pesawat FA-50M pertama daripada keseluruhan 18 buah pesawat yang diperoleh dari Korea Selatan di Pangkalan Udara Labuan akan memperkukuh keupayaan tempur udara TUDM, selain menjadi platform latihan bagi melahirkan juruterbang pejuang masa hadapan.
Semoga perolehan ini terus meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan TUDM dalam mempertahankan kedaulatan ruang udara negara.

Hukum buat lawak pasal Sihir adalah HARAM.
Sihir ni adalah perbuatan yang menyekutukan Allah SWT dimana seseorang minta pertolongan outside human capability selain drpd Allah SWT.
Buat lawak pasal Sihir pun haram.
“Weh nanti dia sihir kau bro!”
“Aku sihir kau nanti!”
Kau cuba tukar sihir tu kepada “mintak pertolongan jinn” atau “sekutukan Allah SWT” kalau rasa this is a harmless joke.
Ramai dalam kalangan kita buat lawak pasal sihir sebab kurang ilmu tawhid.

If you assault someone first irrespective of what the provocation is you can still be charged under s. 334 of the Penal Code(up to 1 month prison or RM1k fine or both).
What I would recommend if you are faced with this situation:
a) get the security guards to take the woman perpetrator to a temporary holding room onsite (s. 27 of Criminal Procedure Code) pending police arrival and arrest (citizen arrest)
b) call the police
c) take the children/victims to nearest govt clinic or hospital for medical check up (evidence).
Police would collect other evidence such as CCTV and witness statements.
BTW impo 100% father was in the right to be angry at woman perpetrator and I hope woman perpetrator is charged under s. 352 of the Penal Code (up to 3 months jail or RM1k fine or both).
