BindCraft 2 now runs in TT-Bio on @tenstorrent, setting a new state-of-the-art in throughput per dollar for this model. The throughput of BindCraft 2 on a Tenstorrent Blackhole Galaxy server comes close to an Nvidia DGX H200, at about a quarter of the cost. Resulting in about 3x higher throughput per dollar. So many people asked for it, and for good reason. It's a great model. Credit to @MartinPacesa and the Pacesa Lab at University of Zurich for building it and making it open. Agents demolish software moats. We don't have to pay a big premium for HBM memory that bio models don't need. We don't have to wait out the HBM shortage. We don't have to pay the astronomical margins of giant corporations. Break free.

TT-Boltz is now TT-Bio! I love @boltz_bio and work on their amazing models for more than 1.5 years now. I keep working hard on them and I'll port all the future open source Boltz models to @tenstorrent AI processors. Those models are absolutely state-of-the-art. But biotech and pharma companies also ask us for other models. In particular, there is recently a lot of demand for the super fast ESMFold 2 model by @biohub. It's a breakthrough model that can replace the slow MSA step with a foundation model trained on billions of sequences. It's included in TT-Bio now and already has by far the highest throughput per dollar on Tenstorrent hardware. TT-Bio currently runs Boltz-2, BoltzGen, and ESMFold 2. And we'll support all bio models required by our customers with unprecedented throughput per dollar. Please let me know what bio models you want to run on Tenstorrent.
