Kenya confirms 2nd Bundibugyo virus case (Ebola-related), 10 days after the first patient died after travel from DRC via Uganda.
The new patient (39, close relative) was already in quarantine. Cases are linked; no community transmission reported so far.
128 contacts traced (113 quarantined). Incubation: 2–21 days.
Surveillance stepped up. Travel, trade & gatherings remain unrestricted.
Early detection + contact tracing remain key.
