November 30, 2024 — Harrisonburg.
@JMUFootball led Marshall 17-0 at halftime with the Sun Belt East on the line.
Then the Herd flipped the entire game.
17 unanswered in the 3rd.
Jadarius Green-McKnight pick-six.
Rece Verhoff from 49 in OT.
Tychaun Chapman TD in 2OT.
Braxton → Charles Montgomery for the winning 2.
Marshall 35, JMU 33. 2OT.
Down 17. On the road. Division on the line.
@HerdFB came all the way back, walked out of Harrisonburg with the Sun Belt East title and punched its ticket to the conference championship game.
One hell of a way to win a division.

Although we fell short of our goal, I wouldn’t choose to spend this season any other way. Thank you to the Marshall community and athletic staff for my time here. It was an honor to be a Captain and be part of something special here. Excited to prepare for Pro Day! 🦬💚 #LLTB

In recent years, a player or a few players, have been featured in the 75 Week promo video and I think it should be considered one of the, if not THE highest honor that can be bestowed by the team.
