I’m curious how many brands are going to push back against llm planning tools built by companies that also sell them advertising. In-house or agency’s tech. Massive conflict of interest when other options exist or par for the course?

The future of marketing tech is owning your architecture.
At Advertising Week 2025, the message was clear: the monolithic "one-stop-shop" platform is on the decline & giving way to the rise of composability. Build on the Snowflake AI Data Cloud for a future-proof business.

it's not their data it's their customer's data and for enterprise that means you need to prove value to have access to it which is hard when all the value has historically been in saas having it.
Yes I know there is a bunch of adtech news today but can we all stop to admire #CODs TikTok Top View ad?! Ugh with Queen… it’s art.

We’re introducing Snowflake Intelligence to make it easier for everyone to drive value with data.
Imagine asking a data agent: “give me a summary of this Google Doc” or “tell me how many deals we had in North America last quarter,” and instantly following up with the next steps using that same agent. That’s exactly what Snowflake Intelligence will enable: a seamless way to leverage and take action on your data in one place.
Excited to share this update with you all. This is what we mean by the Era of Enterprise AI! 🚀

I’ve worked with some amazing PMs at both Rubicon and MSFT. Isn’t a core responsibility knowing the competitive set in great detail?

☠ 💀 🤯 In #GA4, all app conversions (key events from mobile apps) always use the 'Google paid channels' attribution model. That means only Google Ads paid channels are eligible to receive conversion credit.
Only when there is no interaction with Google ads in a conversion path are other channels like organic search or email eligible for conversion credit.
The 'Google paid channels' attribution model inherently favours Google Ads channels, potentially overestimating their impact on app conversions.
So, if you run Google Ads campaigns, it will take away maximum credit for all app conversions from other marketing channels.
Thanks @AdtechGod and the MadTech team for a fun night. Great way to kick off @Adweek with this crew❄️
