Wisdom Speaks
We often feel pressured to react immediately when things get intense.
Chief White Eagle’s advice:
“So long as mists envelop you, be still; be still until the sunlight pours through… then act with courage.”
When anger or fear clouds your view, don’t force a move. Pause. Let the fog clear first.
Stillness isn't giving up. It’s waiting for visibility.
More to it…

Presence allows us to see, feel, and BE in the flow of Life.
Perhaps, our circles around the sun give way to this deeper connection with Self?

“It also made her think of the sounds of ceremony—the eagle whistles, the drum, the shakers. It made her think that we really are replicating the sounds of nature through our music and celebrations—all of which help heal us.”

Water WellBEing… (read on)
An expansive blue sky has a similar effect. Try it with both blue-scapes!
Your nervous system is still tuned for shorelines. Most of us give it parking lots, notifications, and fluorescent light.
Then we can't downshift at the end of the day.
A controlled study showed that simply looking at water for under two minutes reliably lowered blood pressure and heart rate compared with viewing trees or urban scenes.
Researchers call this “blue mind”, a rapid shift into a calmer physiological state with slower breathing and reduced sympathetic drive.
Miss this input for weeks and the opposite builds: higher baseline stress, poorer sleep, and more inflammation.
Even 10–15 minutes by a lake, river, or ocean counts. No special equipment required.
Where’s your closest “blue” spot you can actually get to this week?
