Helen Haines' words as people rushed to help her after the vile attack on her perhaps beautifully sums up our country. Most Australians (of all politics) are decent and caring, even on the very worst days. "Thank you, you lovely people,” she said, “I appreciate your help.” 🇦🇺

We hear about the far right morning, noon and night. So where's the wall-to-wall coverage of the far left? Ann Widdecombe is dead. Prosecutors say the man charged with her murder had an "extreme left-wing mindset" and was plotting against Nigel Farage too. France is on fire. Town halls torched, shops looted, coppers in hospital. And in Australia, an MP has lost her leg after an eco extremist allegedly rammed her. Twice.

This good samaritan from Wangaratta is brilliant. Incredibly mature and articulate. Just goes to show you that on any given day on any street corner in this country there are brave and decent people.

His mother was born in the land of Israel. Ashkenazi DNA is 60% Levantine (meaning from the land of Israel). We were conquered by the Romans colonisers who drove us out of our land, and renamed it from Judea to Palestine. The most common last name in the Palestinian authority is Al Masri - which mean Egyptian. Also common last names there - halabi - from Aleppo Syria , Hijazi (area in Saudi Arabia ) and so on. Mark Twain visited the holy land in the middle of the 19 century and described a completely empty land. Most of the “Palestinians” came as labour immigrants from the neighbouring lands during the late ottoman time and British Mandate. Palestinians can’t event pronounce “Palestine” because there’s no P in Arabic. The only people who called themselves “Palestinian” before 1948 were Jews - “Palestine post” and “Palestine airways” were Jewish Zionist owned during the British mandate . The Arabs of the land simply called themselves Arabs , and referred to that region as southern Syria. The British named that land Palestine after they took it from the ottomans , because that was the roman colonial name of the land. Before the PLO was invented by the Soviets in 1964 (when Gaza and Judea & Samaria were in Arab hands ) there was no Arab / Islamic association to that name. We are called Jews because we are from Judea , and Arabs are allied that way because they are from Arabia.
Netanyahu’s father was born in Poland. His grandfather was born in Russia. Their family name is originally Mileikowsky.

The left-wing extremist who is accused of murdering my colleague Ann Widdecombe and targeting my friend Nigel Farage "held an extreme left-wing mindset". Now ask yourself: Where is the big national debate about left-wing extremism? Where are the BBC documentaries and podcasts about left-wing extremism? Where are the calls to warn children in schools and universities about left-wing extremism? Where are the government 'counter-terror units' stating that if you read, say, Karl Marx or Antonio Gramsci then you are "on a pathway to terror"? Where are the think-tanks producing major research reports on left-wing extremism and its followers? Where are the multi-million pound research grants going to academics who investigate left-wing terror? If it was far-right we all know what would happen. Wall to wall blanket coverage, analysis, and debate. Does anybody else notice the silence?

Hi @AlboMP and @SenatorWong. A year ago, you recognised the state of Palestine on the explicit promise that they would hold elections. Abbas has just cancelled them. Again. Will you be withdrawing Australia's recognition of Palestine? If not, why not?
Congratulations to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, now entering the 21st year of his 4 year term. Here is a picture of his modest home. Built with at least $13M of international funding. A real man of the people.

The New York Post just revealed that the Gazan doctor who wrote two opinion pieces in the New York Times, accusing Israel of genocide after October 7th, is actually a Hamas terrorist himself. It turns out that Dr. Hussam Abu Safyia is a Hamas Colonel.

I first met Charlie Kirk more than ten years ago. At that time, he was very young, and possessed an evangelical naivety that was relatively foreign to a Canadian. He was truly and somewhat amusingly shocked, for example, at the pervasive smell of marijuana on the streets of Toronto. It was obvious, however—despite that sheltered mien—that Charlie was someone deeply and singularly committed to a unique mission, and that he would be driven to learn everything necessary to its success. I met him in person another dozen times after that, and was asked to speak at a number of Turning Point events. I enjoyed the events. It was a very good thing to see thousands of enthusiastic young people trying to make things better in their somehow endearing conservative American way. It was also fascinating to watch Charlie develop in sophistication over the years. The bravery he showed in presenting a truly conservative viewpoint on university campuses was part of that development, as was the ferocious skill he developed at debating contentious issues, under trying conditions, for years. My wife, Tammy, and I met his lovely wife Erika with him on several private dinners. They made a truly admirable and mutually respectful couple. We had plans to make such meetings a regular occurrence—but life, and death, got in the way. I was not informed about Charlie's murder for several months after it occurred, in consequence of my recent illness. It came as a terrible shock. It is also truly awful to see what a spectacle has been made of his demise by pathological actors across the political spectrum. He was a solid, decent, hard-working, truthful, brave person. We are all—right and left alike—lesser without him. On the right: because he was an example and a leader. On the left: because he would willingly talk across the aisle, and in good faith. There will come a day—and too soon, I am afraid—when even those who vilify his memory will long for the days when people such as Charlie existed, and made such civilized talk a priority. I had the privilege to sit down with Charlie and talk with him about his life and the world not so many months before that was no longer possible: youtu.be/dP0TagcNvCg?si=F1fW… RIP Mr. Kirk. I write that in true sorrow.

Many an idiotic hot take has been had on this godforsaken site about the Lindsay Clancy case. So here’s my take: post-partum depression is quite real. Post-partum psychosis is real but also distinct. People who conflate the two are being foolish. People who dismiss either are being ridiculous. Aside from the obvious tragedy of the triple murder, the only real takeaway for the American people ought to be this: evil is real, but dismissing mental illness as causative of human behavior is doltish. Get the care you need…and at the same time, psychiatric care is not nearly as well-developed as other fields of medicine. Not every tragedy has easy or comforting answers. youtube.com/watch?v=rN25icDP…

This is from CANDACE'S OWN WEBSITE... She literally is the biggest hypocrite
This is the equivalent of a wealthy person, purchasing themselves a completely unnecessary luxury Aston Martin and then immediately publishing a Go Fund Me to ask blue collar workers to pay for it. “I was financially irresponsible because I wanted to look cool on Joe Rogan. Here’s why you should pay for it…” It’s honestly shameless.
