A good reason to learn about the intertestamental period, is to see prophecies being fulfilled even when we view God as being silent. God and His Word actively works, throughout history and in through the present time.
Mere perception —without careful, honest and diligent research and investigation—tends to breed ignorance.
The conclusion, when all has been heard, is: fear God and keep His commandments, because this applies to every person. For God will bring every act to judgment, everything which is hidden, whether it is good or evil.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14
No one can be free from being dependent on God. For, if in the moment that were to occur, we would turn into dust. For our very being—our very existence—is dependent upon our Creator—which is God.
Those who teach the Bible will be held accountable on the judgement day on how they handled the Scripture accurately and how they mishandled the Scripture.
