I go and buy all by meat from the discount section then boil it into soup to get the best $ per calorie while also being nutritious.

UPDATE: A second filing ups the total to $243,000 paid from ForCanada to Ezra's Rebel News. That's 85% of all ForCanada spending but doesn't include:
$10,500 to Counter Signal, the Substack run by Rebel personality Keean Bexte
$15,750 to The Western Standard, which Ez cofounded
Incredible reveal in latest @CANADALAND ep. Ezra Levant urged his fans to donate to his third-party org ForCanada then flipped that money to... himself. 4C paid $169,000 to Rebel News, which he owns, for advertising and "consulting fees."
If you give Ezra money you're a sucker.

MEUSER: You've got Trudeau saying how the president is making a dumb move. That's bad diplomacy.
SANCHEZ: I'm not sure how it's good diplomacy to say that a neighboring country should be the 51st state and that you're gonna impose economic hardship to achieve that goal.

John Horgan and I often guarded each other when Mt Doug played Reynolds in HS hoops in '77. Then we worked together as Saanich playground leaders that summer. He's on right, with great hair.
Thank you, Gregor!
And to the guy named Evan Brown who was jailed for throwing a pie in Jean Chretien’s face: you’re no longer the only thing that pops up when you google “evan brown cbc”
Thanks @evandavidbrown for this interview about your years working with Premier John Horgan, and your memorable job interview. Here's the audio... #bcpoli cbc.ca/listen/live-radio/1-4…
I’ve been enjoying sifting through old photos these past couple days. Here’s Horgan & @keithbaldrey putting some shots up on the legislative hoop.
🧵On October 22nd of 2017, I finished my last bartending shift and began my first day as Premier Horgan's EA the very next morning. For the next 4 years I spent nearly every day with John. He loved telling the unlikely story of how I was hired, so I'm going to tell it.
He then told me to follow him into the kitchen of the Premier's Office. "So you're a bartender? How many plates can you carry?" I told him I could carry 3 maybe 4, he told me he could definitely carry 4, and we proceeded to load up our arms with plates.
