Hey @WeAreOpenreach. Waited in ALL day for your engineer to fix my broadband and despite 'completing the work', it's still not working. Nor did an engineer turn up to check. How about you listen to what the problem is? You broke it in the first place!

I'm not blaming the @WeAreOpenreach engineers. I'm blaming the system that keeps me going round in circles trying to fix a mistake they made. Back to @SkyHelpTeam I suppose to begin again.

So... @WeAreOpenreach break my broadband during scheduled works, but I have to tell @SkyHelpTeam (who weren't involved) to book Openreach to fix it, even though I'm talking directly to Openreach about the problem... The bureaucracy is ridiculous! And I'm no closer to a fix.

Hey @WeAreOpenreach. Your engineers replaced a telegraph pole on my street today in Bristol and disconnected my internet during works. I'd like the old pole back please...

Legend.
We’re deeply saddened by the passing of one of the greatest-ever goalkeepers, Ray Clemence. The thoughts of everyone at Liverpool Football Club are with Ray’s family and many friends. Rest in peace, Ray Clemence 1948-2020.

As we head into lockdown again, magazines are going to get a kicking, because WHSmith and such will be forced to close. If you love a mag and can afford to, buy a copy before Thursday or perhaps consider subscribing. Most offer absurdly cheap intro pricing.

The longer this goes on, the harder it's going to be to return to a society where pants are required.

Appalled by the service @Hermesparcels provides - sending my parcel back to sender even though they didn't try to deliver it. Twice! Thanks a bunch.
