"Africa’s demand is unchanged and unambiguous: two permanent seats, with all the rights and privileges of current permanent members, including the right of veto if retained, and five non-permanent seats, as articulated in the Ezulwini Consensus and the Sirte Declaration. This is a position grounded in equity and justice. We therefore call for the full and faithful implementation of the Pact’s commitments to Africa. The eightieth session closed without the consolidated model the Pact contemplates. We call for full implementation of Actions 39, 40 and 41, including the development, during this session, of a consolidated model based on convergences across the five clusters and on the models presented by Member States, in which the African Reform Model is fully and faithfully reflected."

Karoline Leavitt says she's helping President Trump find his next White House press secretary after her replacement, Katie Zacharia, lasted just five days in the role — the shortest stint in U.S. history.
Leavitt, who stepped down in August to focus on her two young children, told Fox News Digital that the job "obviously was not for" Zacharia but wished her well. She said Trump "is continuing to look over options" and that "a lot of people want that job."
Leavitt also shut down any speculation about a future run for office, saying she has no plans to seek elected office "in the near future at all, or in the future at all." She officially becomes a Fox News contributor in November.
