Hey @discord, just wanted to let you know that I've had a ticket open for over a month. Response times were in the 2-4 day range for ages. Two weeks ago it was "escalated" and now I can't get a response at all. Are your staff illiterate, or do you just not care about your users?
I just want to give a quick shout out to all of the people who like and retweeted the earlier rant about our issues with setting up the Widgit Twitter account. I never did actually hear back on the actual ticket... but they did unlock the account finally!
They'll probably suspend this account for some undisclosed reason since I called them out publicly... time will tell I guess.

We just opened yet another one, and since @TwitterSupport apparently lacks any sort of professionalism on their own, let's see how publicly calling them out works. Ball's in your court @Twitter... 5/5

I don't expect miracles, but I'd like to think a company as big as @Twitter at least has the professionalism to RESPOND to ONE of the tickets we've opened. 4/

Our support email gets the automated "We received your appeal" message from @TwitterSupport instantly, we reply to it as instructed, and then... nothing. No acknowledgment, no review of the appeal, no explanation as to why we were instantly suspended, nada. 3/

When I created the official @Twitter account for Widgit (@WidgitLabs) it was suspended immediately for an undisclosed "violation of the TOS". Over the last few months, we have opened NUMEROUS tickets with @TwitterSupport (give or take ten at this point). 2/

So a while back, I started the process of bringing all of my projects, notably @PopPlanetInfo (unofficial community for @system76), as well as all of our #OpenSource software, game mods, and modding guides under one entity, called Widgit Labs. Growth is fun! However... 1/

It's no secret that I'm a big fan of Pop!_OS. Now I am the proud owner of a brand new Oryx Pro, so it's high time I finally review some real System76 hardware! evertiro.com/2019/07/oryx-pr…
