LeBron James aside, this has been quite the delusional off-season for Koby and the Cavs.
Philly, Charlotte, Miami & Toronto all got better.
Boston/Detroit retooled.
Indy is healthy again.
New York are the champs.
The East will be an absolute slugfest this year.

fire JB Bickerstaff
trade Allen & either Mitchell or Garland
get rid of:
Niang
LeVert
Okoro
Jones
Morris
Thompson
find a way to keep Mitchell if you can. sit him down, SHOW him that the Cavs are serious going further about competing for championships. if not, get assets back.

Cavs traded the wrong big man
with Evan Mobley as a cornerstone piece, Jarrett Allen should have been dealt instead of Lauri Markkanen
Cleveland is greatly suffering from not having a big that's able to stretch the floor
if they fall to the NYK 4-1, JB and others could be gone
