Ovo - prihvatite realnost Kosova, ok.
Amidst all the understandable joy over the change of power in Serbia, journalism must maintain a cool-headed perspective, including on the Serbian student movement and its spectacular success. For Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, I had a closer look at the foreign policy program of the Serbian student movement. It is a disaster. A summary in 8⃣ points.
What the EU, Western journalists, other observers should absolutely not do is get their takes on Serbia from the likes of this Serbophobe. What they should do is support the next Serbian government in trying to make Serbia a better country for its citizens. The next Serbian 1/2
Evropska Srbija, 12,000 glasova. 0.29%. Manje nego Karicevih 19,500 glasova, ili 0.46%. Stvarno jasna poruka, jasno podvucena.
Red herring warning to those following events outside Serbia: the Student movement is not some dark nationalist force. Pro-EU narratives are not in the foreground because Serbia has more urgent priorities to bring its house into order. Perhaps more importantly, for 14 years we
The Serbian parliamentary election on Sunday could bring something Serbia has not seen since 2012: change. The "Student List" has a real chance of winning. What would this mean for Serbia – and what would it not mean? Spoke about this with Serbian writer Dejan Atanacković, who has for years been a sharp observer of Serbia affairs. Atanacković belongs to a rare type: He neither demonizes the student movement, as the Serbian government does, nor does he idealize it, as many of its supporters and some Western observers do. Here is a summary of the things Atanacković had to say in this Frankfurter Allgemeine Interview in 8⃣ points: ⬇️
this, its hardly surprising that EU accession and EU flags are not a key talking point of the Student movement. Yet at the heart of the Student movement's pledges are good governance and rule of law reforms which align with the substance, rather than the form, of EU accession.

It's not easy for a photograph to capture the global aspect of the First World War. This does.
Volunteers from the United States.
Of Serbian origin.
In Africa.
And one detail is especially striking: they are carrying the American flag, not the Serbian one.
Delimo nešto identiteta, simbola i zajedničke prošlosti.

Statement of the Serbian Orthodox Diocese of Raška and Prizren regarding the conduct of the Kosovo Police at Gazimestan
The Diocese of Raška and Prizren expresses its deep concern and strongest protest regarding the conduct of the Kosovo Police during, and especially after, yesterday’s commemoration of Vidovdan at Gazimestan hill near Priština, which cast a heavy shadow over the prayerful and dignified celebration of one of the most important feast days in the spiritual and historical life of the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija.

Evo ti dokaz. Iznad sarkofaga Danila II u Pećkoj patrijaršiji. Crkva Bogorodice Odigitrije. Ovaj treći skroz desno je Sv. Vit. Praktično je zaštitnik Svetog Danila II. Ima još gomila primera pre Kosovske bitke.
