honestly speaking, congress ke time pe there was another kind of environment around us. everything seemed so positive and beautiful. there was some kind of happiness in the air back then. i miss that time.

Another eyewash by Suvendhu Govt. 1. The total Health budget of India is 1.3% of the GDP. 2. Cost of setting up an AIIMS in Raiganj is around ₹2000 crores. 3. The central govt has so far failed to even equip the existing AIIMS at Kalyani. 4. AIIMS, Dharbhanga was announced n 2015, yet proper construction is yet to start. BJP is a master at cheating the public with fake promises. Without increasing the Health Budget to 4% of the GDP, no new Capital expenditure is possible.
