I would rather people say I'm overdressed. I would rather people say I'm trying too hard than I look odd or underdressed. I was at my shop yesterday, and I sent my shop girl on plenty errands under the hot weather. 😭
This was actually the first time I had sent her to so many different places in one day. Thankfully, I gave her keke money for most of the errands.
From the bank, to the secretariat to collect tenement receipt, then to get food, and finally, another errand I had to beg her to run. 😂
At one point, I jokingly told her, “I don send you plenty errands today o!”
This girl replied, “Not every day now, na once in a while!” 😂😂
But the highlight of the day was when I asked her to carry the wig I ordered from Temu because I didn’t like it.
The happiness on this girl’s face ehn! 😂You would think I had just handed her a million naira. She collected that wig with so much joy!

A friend of mine lost his dad, while making the burial arrangements for his dad, he was told that he has to buy two cows, for the burial.
They said his dad, didn’t bury his father my friend’s grand father with a cow, and now that the dad is late he needs to buy two cows, to settle them both his father and grand father.
Just imagine if his dad was online saying all these trash you guys are saying here. A man’s funeral is arranged by his family not by his wish alone.
And when you try to avoid following traditions, it has a way of causing repercussions. Many family today are experiencing these things.

I tried to get pregnant for 8 years. 3 miscarriages, 2 failed IVFs, $30k gone. My husband and I saved $30k again for our last chance IVF. I'm 34, my doctor said this is our last good chance, my eggs are almost gone.
