community matters! 😁
Girls in blockchain have a special place in my heart as there are still very few of us in this space.
Always happy to meet more 🫂❤️
Whatever we do — community matters a ton.
ps awesome @fa_async polishing her rust skills and @eveleonenox learning zero-knowledge cryptography — my deep respect you’re doing it! I know it is not easy :)

Not cool, not cool at all.

You can learn almost anything online, but finding the right people to grow with is something else
Especially when you are isolated in your country and don’t know where to start or who to connect with
One year ago 🎉
Last year, we changed the lives of 70 members by welcoming them to our village during @EFDevcon Argentina. For some of them, it was their first trip abroad, and they also won 19 prizes at @ETHGlobal
To celebrate this special Devcon week, we’re opening our doors for a week to all women who want to join the dev3pack community 🎁
The community is the way to find the right people and opportunities to grow, no matter where you are. Because learning is important, but it’s the people you meet along the way who make all the difference.
We all win together 💖

Trabajar remoto, tiene sus ventajas, pero 🫠...
• Te permite trabajar desde cualquier lugar.
• Colaborar con varios proyectos.
• Tener diferentes fuentes de ingresos.
¡Y eso me parece genial! 😏
No somos robots.
Necesitamos descansar, tener vida familiar y desconectar.
No deberíamos normalizar trabajar 24/7.

1/ Building Ethereum's future means investing in more than applications.
At Devcon 8, we're highlighting Impact Projects advancing open-source infrastructure, public goods, nonprofit research, and the CROPS principles that strengthen Ethereum.
Meet the teams bringing this mission to Mumbai. ↓
Hope you have an awesome National Cat Day! 🌟 Go give the nearest cat a big hug 🐯
National Cat Day made us think about @ECHInstitute 🐈⬛
Why?
ECH is short for Ethrereum Cat Hearders.
The folks at ECH facilitate communication, collaboration, and community engagement during network upgrades on @ethereum.
They've been part of 6 Octant epochs and gained a loyal community of backers with over 230 supporters across all rounds.
Give them some love!
The 🫀 of devcon 🌟
Why be a volunteer? The reasons are way beyond what words can explain ⚡️
As @EFDevcon Mumbai becomes imminent, we go back almost a year to when the +200 family of amazing volunteers gathered in DevconnectARG for a magical week.
For many, Devcon starts much earlier. Months of training, online sessions at the craziest time zones for some, the prep, the docs, the early arrivals. All of that to be ready to give it all and make Devcon as special as it is.
The rockstars from last year's DevconnectARG greet you in this video, and remind ourselves how good it feels to give, without expecting something in return.
From Ethereum OGs that want to give back, to the newest Ethereans around, Devcon is the place to be!
We're only 7 days away, team, let's do it again in Mumbai 💪🏼
