Today is our first day open to the public after a week of staff/volunteer training & housekeeping. We've refreshed the shop with new stock from @FableandBase. Beautiful hand-printed designs on linen with eco-friendly inks on cushions, tea towels, lampshades & lavender bags! – at Rochester, South East

The flax growing in the Visitor Centre garden matches perfectly the flaxen blue of the designs on our building. Flax & dye plants are being grown by @FableandBase for the third textiles show in Rochester Art Gallery's Three Threads season, later this year @Enjoy_Medway

Great to join #KentCloth #naturaldye workshop yesterday with Francesa Baur @FableandBase. Here's my first artwork since school, made with madder, iron, chlorophyll on linen. Poppies to represent fallen soldiers. Excited our artworks will be shown at #RochesterArtGallery in Oct.
