New YouTube channel in the Fitness niche does $8k in the past 30 days...
Here's how I would scale it to $10K+/Month...
1. Make longer videos. This will increase the RPM from $4 to $7.
Why? Because Youtube can put in more ads in the video
2. I would double down on what's working for the channel. When something is working, don't fix it just double down on it to maximize revenue.
3. I would test out ideas that haven't been done before. This is how you dominate a niche. Bring in something proven from ANOTHER niche into your niche.
4. I would hire more freelancers so we can do daily videos instead of 1 every week.
5. I would look into affiliate links and ebooks to plug in the video to create another source of revenue.
