We spent two years taking crypto sessions inside colleges.
Students attended, learned something and left.
But retention was low.
So we stopped treating onboarding like a one-off workshop and started building consistently inside colleges.
This is Faceless.
We’re building a campus network where students learn Web3 through:
• Blockchain clubs
• Animated concept videos
• Games, wallets, apps and DEXs
• Hands-on onchain experiences
• Mask—our AI classroom co-host
• Creator opportunities
We’re currently testing this learning model inside one college and documenting everything we learn.
The goal is to build a model that can be repeated across colleges.
If you’re building a blockchain ecosystem or application and want to reach new users inside classrooms, let’s talk.
One college at a time.

crypto products already know how to reach people on crypto twitter.
the harder problem is reaching someone before they have a wallet, an exchange account or any reason to care.
that is where classrooms matter.
students learn the concept, try the product and ask questions in real time.
we’re building the bridge between Web3 products and their next users.
this was month one.
the important part wasn’t getting students into the room once.
it was giving them a reason to return.
we kept showing up with new lessons, products and classroom experiments.
one session creates awareness.
consistency builds a community.
still early. still learning. still showing up.
the room changes when students stop watching the screen and start using what we’re discussing.
these are students testing a game during one of our campus sessions.
a concept becomes easier to understand when it becomes something you can touch, try and question.
from watching to using.
animated videos make blockchain easier to understand.
Mask our AI co-host makes the classroom more interactive.
games, wallets and apps turn the lesson into a real experience.
and consistently returning to the same students helps the learning stick.
this is the model we’re testing inside a college blockchain club:
learn. interact. use. repeat.
one classroom at a time.
mask is multi lingual
the class wasn’t responding, so we asked Mask to try something different.
he switched to Tamil and used UPI, PhonePe and GPay to make crypto feel more familiar.
same lesson. different language. better connection.
you can see the students giggling and becoming more involved in the session.
this is what we want from our AI co-host: make the classroom more interactive, adapt to the students and help them learn in a way that feels familiar.
one Bitcoin chapter.
six smaller lessons:
• what Bitcoin is
• who Satoshi is
• how mining works
• why the supply is fixed
• Bitcoin Pizza Day
• transaction speed
the complete story, brought together in one final recap.
teach Bitcoin first.
once students understand what it can and can’t do, explaining Ethereum, Solana and newer chains becomes much easier.
different problems.
different designs.
different trade-offs.
taking these concepts into the classroom one session at a time with our AI cohost, Mask.

Bitcoin was designed to remove the middleman.
it was not designed to be the fastest network.
the next lesson in our Bitcoin classroom series explains why Bitcoin transactions take time.
Yesterday, we showed Mask pulling up the lesson inside the classroom.
Here’s the animation the students watched:
How 10,000 BTC were exchanged for two pizzas and why we still remember that moment as Bitcoin Pizza Day 🍕
One story at a time. One concept at a time.
From Bitcoin’s 21 million supply to 10,000 BTC for two pizzas.
I asked Mask to explain Bitcoin Pizza Day.
He didn’t respond on the first try.
We identified the issue during the session, tried again, and he pulled up the lesson for the class.
It’s still a work in progress, and testing it live helps us see what needs fixing.
This is how we’re building an AI co-host inside a real classroom.

Bitcoin can never have more than 21 million coins.
no company, central bank or government can decide to create more.
lesson 04 from our Bitcoin classroom series:
why Bitcoin has a fixed supply and why scarcity alone does not guarantee value.
Bitcoin mining doesn’t involve pickaxes 🪓
computers compete to propose the next block.
the network checks it.
the successful miner earns BTC.
lesson 03 from our Bitcoin classroom series:
how Bitcoin mining actually works.
first, we create the animated lesson.
then we use it inside the classroom and explain the ideas behind it with students.
this time:
Satoshi, Bitcoin’s fixed supply and why it still holds the number one spot.
create. teach. test. improve.
the first Bitcoin lesson answered one question:
what is Bitcoin?
the next question students ask:
who created it?
lesson 02 from our Bitcoin classroom series:
who is Satoshi?
innovating and building non stop
creating a place where my student community can learn, create, build, and earn
all under one roof

characters from the first Bitcoin lesson.
the video introduced the concept.
the classroom tested it.
now meet the characters carrying the story.

bitcoin is too much to explain in one video.
so we broke it into smaller lessons:
• what Bitcoin is
• who Satoshi is
• how mining works
• why the supply is fixed
• Bitcoin Pizza Day
• transaction speed
starting with the simplest question:
what is Bitcoin?
the first video from our Bitcoin classroom series.
the animation is only the first part of the lesson.
next, we take it into the classroom.
Mask pulls up the Bitcoin video, the students watch it together and then we break down the questions that follow.
create the lesson.
test it with real students.
improve the next one.
that’s the loop we’re building.

.@blknoiz06 , my community says hi!
we @facelessnft are building a campus onboarding and distribution engine for web3.
we move complete beginners from understanding a concept to taking their first real action.
using Mask, our AI co-host, students learned visually and then signed up on Bullpen, opened wallets, tested the product, created IRL art and produced content that brings attention back to the ecosystem.
we used the group artwork to let our students experience crypto culture firsthand - learning about an ecosystem, supporting it through creativity, signing up for a real product, opening wallets, making content and understanding how airdrops can reward participation.
This is only one batch.
we have a community of 1,500+ students and access to 10–15 more colleges.
to learn more about us, check the quoted tweet below.
@blknoiz06, this is what the next wave of onboarding can look like. 🐂
tagging @Kaiz_294 and @ImPushingSOL from the Ansem Collective team, would love your help bringing this activation to Ansem and showing what Faceless can contribute to the ecosystem.
