Yesterday I had the worst migraine I've ever had in my life. I sent a text to my best friend asking what she does whenever she gets them. She offered me suggestions, and many of them are difficult to manage with a toddler.
Without my knowledge, she texted my husband to tell him that he and our toddler were having dinner with her family, so I could have the house dark and quiet while I rested.
When my husband came home, he brought me water and meds, then got our toddler telling them they were going to our friend's house and left.
I felt so loved.
