Last Sunday we talked about how joy is not an emotion. Joy is a position. A posture.

The moments we feel like giving up, are the moments we should press in & lean more into God.
Praise God for who He is, for what He's done, that you would love your neighbors $ your enemies.
Pray for your One, your church, & for your community.
#Pray for peace.
We cannot wait to gather with you all today at 9 & 11am as we focus on discovering the true source of joy and how it enables us to navigate life's challenges. See you all onsite or online at firstchristian.live.

In Galatians 5, Paul explains the characteristics of a life that reflects the freedom found in the grace of Jesus & how it is displayed as it is lived out. For the next few weeks we are going to examine these elements & how we can live in a way that points people to Jesus.
God chose you.
He's not burdened by you.
You can be a part of this thing, there’s a seat at the table for you.
We can’t wait to see you all today as we gather to worship, pray, & dig into the Word together at 9 & 11am (online at firstchristian.com/live).
