Maybe one of the most important highlights of last month’s fireside chat imo. If this can actually be done, while growing revenues, then profitability is well within reach. But the degree of profitability matters, $NXH needs to be meaningfully cash flow positive very quickly.

If $NXH can redirect capital towards productive inventory while removing structurally unprofitable locations, the remaining business could become more profitable without requiring enormous revenue growth. The key is obviously becoming self-funding, without further capital raises

Probably still work to be done, but hopefully we’re a little closer to hearing more about this franchising initiative, now that $NXH can benefit from the massive additional distribution capacity & expertise that TCS brings to the table.
Franchise owns 100 percent of their business and assets. They are not required to carry material back stock as our central dc would replenish the same as we do our own stores. They key for me is an individuals access to brands they would otherwise have slim to no chance of stocking

Warren Buffett: “The most important quality for an investor is temperament, not intellect.” A falling price can make a sound thesis feel wrong. A rising price can make a weak thesis feel right. The advantage belongs to the investor who can separate what the market is doing from what the business is doing.

Tokenizing shares can create a recordkeeping challenge when onchain ownership records must be kept aligned with a separate offchain shareholder register. @tZERO's transfer agent keeps them synchronized, supporting 20+ blockchains and traditional and tokenized share classes, all on one cap table.

$NXH told the market to expect Q3 revenue to be on the higher end of estimates, with margins exceeding expectations at over 30%, while expense reductions are also ahead of schedule & increasing in scope. E-commerce near breakeven, but physical store performance is the question🤔

$NXH When earnings? My guess is we see a preliminary report by the first week of November with most of the pertinent info, but not the details of charges etc. 10Q will be late. 2 deals called off and new CFO = late 10Q

The Fed is expected to hold rates steady Wednesday, but it is a closer call on the data than the market-implied probabilities suggest. The case for hiking: 1) The hot September CPI and PPI underscore a second straight lost year for getting inflation down 2) With a Dec hike widely expected, hawks will argue that there's less to gain from waiting six weeks given the cost of falling further behind 3) Hawks will also argue that policy isn't restrictive and needs to be The case for holding: 1) If officials still think this is a 2-3 hike recalibration, spacing out remaining moves costs little. "Being six weeks late is a manageable risk," says Rob Kaplan 2) Back-to-back moves could signal a faster cycle than officials intend 3) After several officials signaled no rush, and Warsh’s silence let odds of a hold build, a surprise hike days before the midterms would be a jolt. The Fed has raised rates right before elections, but not as a surprise wsj.com/economy/central-bank…

Republicans control the House. Republicans control the Senate. Republicans control the White House. Republicans control the Supreme Court. Republicans control the DOJ. This is what they did with two years in control: trump gets: - Gold all over the Oval Office - BILLIONS in crypto for himself - $400 million dollar Qatari bribe jet - Millions in media and tech settlements - Gold bars and diamond rings for tariff relief - BILLIONS in Pentagon contracts for his sons - $100,000 per month per person for insider info - $600 million dollar ballroom at taxpayer expense YOU GET: - A war in Iran - Higher gas prices - Higher utility prices - Higher grocery prices - Higher housing prices - Higher healthcare costs - 21 dead American soldiers - loss of trust from allies around the globe - ICE thugs abusing our friends and neighbors Now they want TWO MORE YEARS in office, While they actively try to STEAL your vote. WE ARE NOT POWERLESS. Your vote can change this.

Tax-loss selling is starting early this year. Earlier than I've seen in years. Millions of investors are dumping stocks right now for one reason: taxes. Not earnings. Not guidance. Not fundamentals. That forced selling is pushing good companies below what they're actually worth. Here's the mistake almost everyone makes when hunting for these bargains: They screen for the biggest losers of the year. Wrong number. Someone who bought in 2019 might still be sitting on a gain. They have nothing to harvest. They're not selling. The number that matters is how far a stock trades below this year's average purchase price, its year-to-date VWAP. That tells you how many holders are underwater right now, and how much selling pressure is still coming. Big gap below YTD VWAP = lots of trapped holders = more forced selling = bigger dislocation. I built a screener to find exactly these setups. Over the next few weeks I'll be sharing the best ideas it surfaces. Follow along. taxlossseason.com

Tell me how much more leveraged people are right now relative to other times? People are financing everything. It’s all relative. You look at a few charts on shelter and rates and you think you see the full picture. Look at macro right now, America’s f******
