Just imagine the enormous potential for harm and abuse when a female is confronted with a guy her bathroom doing something similar while there's a sign like this on the wall beside her. Like those idiots who say "hurr durr but what about the Catholic priests" as if they aren't the SAME FUCKING THING. The predators who would have been attracted to the Priesthood 50years ago ARE THE EXACT SAME GUYS now identifying as "trans" and using that as a cover to access and silence victims. And it's for the SAME FUCKING REASON. In both cases, you had a breakdown in safeguarding because of society deemed certain groups ("priest" "trans woman" etc) to be above reproach and removed the ability of people to question their motives or set their own boundaries. And WHENEVER you do that, you're going to inevitably see predators flock in because that is what they look for; environments where even if their victims feel uncomfortable, the social pressures to keep them silent outweighs their concern for their own safety.
