I work full time in university admin and I do not earn enough to afford the rising cost of living. I pay 42% of my salary on rent, and my other bills are rising while my wage doesn’t. I am constantly sick with stress over money while the VC earns £368k per year.

Being vaccinated doesn’t mean you can “go back to normal”. The vaccine lowers risk of death & hospitalization, which takes pressure off of hospitals. But you can still get COVID-19, it still SUCKS to have COVID-19 & you can still spread the virus. You still have to wear a mask.
