What they do based on the 2 minute video: Basically, they are a 3PL in China that uses USPS labels and doesn't print Mandarin on your box. They ship directly to your customer from China in an average of 5 business days. They will also help inspect your Chinese manufactured goods to ensure quality.
Things I wish they would include in the video: information on pricing. What will postage be like? What will Pick and Pack be like?
I wish more sites would do this. Native used a company called Passport, and I vetted them. But if you go their website, it's so hard to tell what they do. Check it out here: passportshipping.com/. Passport - please do something like this!!
