Steak expert. Chef de partie . Most of the opinions of Doug are a combination of many people I don’t agree entirely with.

I put this post on The Kitchen. It’s a big pickleball Facebook group. They are getting severely mad at me. 145 comment in 30 minutes.

Took my grandson to a nicer section of Irvington, NJ for some trick-or-treating on Halloween. This is the sh…t they give out today! Each one of these cheap ass candy bars came from separate houses. Shame on these people and the companies that make Butterfingers, 100 Grand and Baby Ruth bars.

Here’s the deal with anyone who is still undecided at the midterms. I’m a car salesman so driving is my business. If gas is under $3.50 reg I vote straight ticket republican. If gas goes above $3.50 reg I vote straight ticket democratic. If you live in California it’s $6.50 reg so right now I’m Republican but it could change.

The new Airbnb rules are ridiculous. We now have to clean DISHES, take out TRASH and vacuum FLOORS and still pay my kids the same cleaning rates for our five properties. Good luck finding hotels in my zone. I guess I will just raise stay prices!

I always wondered why the recent increase in perversion and turpitude within the US. I literally felt it today. Every retail store has been hawking these style of squishy tools. What a weird tool to sell and what a weirder thing to buy. Shame on anyone involved. I rather you buy lawn darts.

Shoutout the entire behind the scenes crew for all the help bringing this to life. Jack G, Payton, Rudy, Quigs, Henkel, Garrett (export king)
I got to graphic this bad boy up. One of those videos you just crack up at your desk the whole time you are editing it. Give it a watch, this cast is perfect for this series

My last review of New Orleans classic foods before I leave today is now posted on facebook group New Orleans Foodies. This was the famous Po’ boy sandwich at Leah’s in terminal #1 of the Louis Armstrong International Airport.

Ended up at Brennan’s in New Orleans. My girlfriend wanted to try a dish called Bananas Foster. It’s the American version of Platanos Fritos (fried bananas) served in Mexican restaurants. Not bad but I could have done without the 10 minute history lesson. Plus safety was a concern.
