734 people arrested for major crimes in the NYC subway this year. 394 had already been arrested at least 3 times. 214 had been arrested 3+ times THIS YEAR alone. That's not bad luck. That's Hochul's revolving door criminal justice system.

In Putnam County on September 29 2026 Diego Dilan Rodriguez Ordonez a 24 year old Guatemalan national robbed a gas station and as$aulted the female clerk around 305 am.

He was released the same day on his own recognizance with an ankle monitor after serving time on a prior criminal mischief charge.

That evening around 909 pm he forcibly touched a woman on a Metro North train at the Southeast station then resisted arrest until deputies used a Taser.

Putnam Sheriff Brian Hess said the two arrests involved two victims within 18 hours and noted roughly 17 prior arrests and eight convictions including multiple s*x offenses.

DHS confirmed Rodriguez Ordonez is a criminal illegal alien from Guatemala who was encountered by Border Patrol in Texas in December 2018 and released from ICE custody in March 2021.

Assemblyman Matt Slater said he had been deported in 2018 and has faced 16 arrests since 2024.

ICE lodged a detainer on September 30 after the second arrest while local policies limited cooperation.
