Anyone in Ireland receive wrong Vinted parcel from An Post @Postvox? An Post seem to have put the address label, with my details & order number on it, on some random incorrect parcel with a different order number. Seller isn't who I purchased from either. @vinted are no help 😞

Despite paying Buyer Protection fee, @vinted won't help as 'carrier denies mix up'. How can you deny mix-up when it's blatently obvious by looking at the parcel photo that the order numbers on the 2 labels do not match?! My address label was put on incorrect parcel. Beware!!

Will certainly think again about shopping on @vinted if this is how they treat their customers. Especially when they charge a Buyer Protection Fee on every purchase for issues like this. I simply want my refund.

@Postvox Hi, you still haven't delivered my 3 parcels that you said would be delivered on Dec 22nd. I DMed you here on Dec 31st & you blamed 'high mail volumes'. Now January and my parcels STILL haven't moved from Portlaoise Mail Centre since Dec 21st. How do I get my parcels??

All 3 tracking links now say that you cannot locate my items. So what's happened between Portlaoise and Cork? Have you lost all 3 of my parcels??

@postvox Family member at same address is missing 1 parcel that was due on Dec 22nd also. Where are these parcels? Why no communication? Feels like you're hoping we forget about them. What a poor service.

Anyone else waiting weeks, or months, for orders from @The_Oodie only for them to cancel due to 'overselling'? Waited nearly 7 weeks while they had (& currently still have) my €146.60 only to get a 'tough luck, we oversold your items' email. BEWARE if considering buying!!

And after looking online, this way of doing business by @The_Oodie where customers wait weeks or months for their orders, not knowing if they're actually going to get them or not,is going on since 2021 if not before. Don't know how they're getting away with it for so long.

Be warned anyone buying from @The_Oodie for Christmas!! My orders from Oct 20th, Nov 5th & Nov 14th all not even shipped. Money taken straight away each time & fobbed off every time I contact customer support (when they finally do reply). At least one item now out of stock too.

Outstanding items from Nov 4th order now due to ship Dec 12th. Nov 5th order - one item arrived, the other item was also 'oversold' 🙄 So 4 out of 5 sleep tees I've purchased since Oct 20th have now been 'oversold'. Beware if buying from @The_Oodie.

So 6 long weeks of waiting around and chasing Oodie for updates, and I now have no Christmas presents to show for it. I thought I had ordered in plenty of time. And prices now gone back up after Black Friday so too expensive to reorder 😭

Anyone else having issues with Oodie? Ordered Oct 20th & Nov 4th. Have now admitted they 'oversold' 3 items l've paid for. My few remaining items are supposed to ship Dec 12th, but I'll believe it when I see it as I've had 3 shipping dates already. They just don't care.
