Upgraded @flow_blockchain's fcl-js to v1.15.0, which allows all on-chain queries using the latest block("Soft Finality") instead of the last sealed block("Hard finality").

True story on @flow_blockchain :
This weekend we faced a storage limit error on @playMFL and started to panic a bit - it was the first time we faced this issue and NO transactions could be processed anymore! 😱❌
Then we realized we'd simply forgotten to top up our $FLOW wallet. Why? We topped up with just $10 a few YEARS ago and completely forgot about it!
