I’ve only had PTSD for 2 years but I’ve noticed im rly adverse to any movies that get my blood pumping too much lol I used to rly like scary movies and movies with heavier topics but now I just want sunshine and lollipops. Its not a bad thing necessarily. Just something I noticed

imma be honest. im seeing artists wiping their IG accts/deactivating to avoid Meta’s new AI policy and I am not gonna tell ppl what to do but I am gonna gently discourage u from doing this especially if u, as an artist, do not have connections for work outside social media…

1. if u use IG, it’s more than likely ur art has already been fed into AI 2. there is no app comparable to IG 3. social media is crucial to many of us artists who have limited irl connections 4. Only ur most dedicated fans will keep up with ur blog site. Most won’t leave IG! 💔

Pls just think long and hard before u nuke ur account and lose the following you’ve worked so hard on building. Don’t destroy your hard work to avoid data scraping that’s probably already happened 💔 I know that sucks but it’s the truth. It’s been years of this.

did you guys know if you don’t agree with an artist’s TOS you can simply not buy from them instead of breaching TOS and disrespecting them? it’s a really cool easy and free thing to do

if u rly want an adopt or c0mmission but there’s something u disagree with in the TOS, you could always talk to them about it and see if there’s middle ground. But knowingly going against the artist’s wishes/TOS is ugly behavior truly.

this is kinda vulnerable but does anyone else have identity issues and that translates to their art? I feel like i can never settle on a super concrete style or approach bc I dont know what I want for my art (or know anything else about myself for that matter)

I’ve learned to embrace my fluidity with my work but sometimes I wish I had more consistency and could make choices without requiring such deep introspection. I’ve drawn flandre 1000s of times but she always looks a bit different. Maybe I’m just not meant to be “consistent”?

maybe it’s okay to not have a concrete “look”. But sometimes the grass on the other side does look greener. I rly admire artists that know exactly what they’re doing creatively. I just rly don’t have a solid sense of identity and i feel im always going through “phases” 😶
