Amendment 3 results re: first step for property tax elimination. Only 3 counties — Gadsden, Leon and Alachua (three most liberal counties) — had a majority vote against it. Rural counties where opponents were trying to scare people against it voted overwhelmingly in favor. 66% in Miami-Dade voted in favor, and large counties including Hillsborough, Palm Beach and Lee all hit 60% or more.

The enemy will tempt you with the pleasure of sin but never show you the devastating consequences that follow!
Proverbs 6:32 tells us that the person who commits adultery “lacks understanding” and “destroys his own soul.”
You can spend decades building a marriage, raising children, establishing a ministry, earning respect, and developing a reputation, only to jeopardize it all through one season of compromise!
Don’t sacrifice what God has blessed you with for something the devil has placed in front of you!
Guard your eyes, protect your heart, establish boundaries, and never entertain something you would be ashamed for your spouse or children to discover.
And remember, while God’s grace offers forgiveness and restoration to the truly repentant, forgiveness does not always erase the earthly consequences of our decisions.

One of my friends…He goes, I just can’t believe in a God that would send me to hell just because I don’t believe in Him.
I said, Why is that?
And he goes, Because that’s an ultimatum. Believe in Jesus or go to hell. That sounds manipulative.
I said, Let me ask you something. If a building is already on fire and someone kicks the door open and says, Come out, this is the only way, is that an ultimatum, or is it a rescue?
He said, What do you mean?
I said, Well, you were already going to hell. I was already going to hell. That’s not God being cruel. That’s humanity choosing sin, and that’s justice.
God does not send innocent people to hell. The fact is, there are no innocent people. The standard is perfection. Not better than your neighbor. Not mostly good. Perfection.
I asked him, Have you ever lied? Have you ever lusted? Have you ever hated someone? Have you ever been prideful?
He said, Yeah.
I said, Well, then you’re guilty. I said, To be honest, I have too. We’re all guilty.
And he goes, So you’re telling me it’s believe or just burn?
And I said, No. It’s guilty but rescued. You weren’t standing on neutral ground and God came up and just shoved you toward the fire. You were already falling, and He caught you before you hit the ground.
Jesus didn’t come to threaten you. He came to take your sentence. The Cross was not an ultimatum. It was a substitution.
Justice says the wage of sin is death, but love says, I’ll pay it for you.
A friend asked me, But why make belief the condition?
And I said, Because love can’t be forced. Salvation is not a hostage situation. It’s a gift. If someone pays your debt, you still have to accept it. If you refuse it, the debt doesn’t disappear.
God is not saying, Believe in Me or I’ll torture you. He’s saying, You’re already dying. I made a way. Take it.
Hell is not proof that God is cruel. The Cross is proof that He’s not.
And if you’re wrestling with that same question, it means the door is still open.

If you really care about this country, this is one of the areas where your attention should be right now. @DataRepublican is exactly right. The greatest obstacle they face to a complete power grab is the Sec of War, Pete Hegseth. He has rebuilt a military that will stand by the constitution & is comitted to the oath every member takes. Hegseth does not back down or fear his enemies because he what he fears is God. They need him out of the way so badly - which should tell you just how important it is to stop them. Read the thread. The truth always matters but it is more important now than ever.

They went after him because every color revolution manual ever written says the same thing: you cannot topple a government unless the security forces defect. And a loyal Secretary of Defense is the one person who makes sure they don't.

JOE ROGAN: You read Wired, the book about John Belushi, and something about it really bothered you.
BILL MURRAY: I read about five pages and thought, “Oh my God, they framed Nixon.” If this is what he writes about my friend, someone I’ve known for half my adult life, and it’s completely inaccurate, what the hell did they do to Nixon?
JOE ROGAN: So you felt like the book was getting its story from people outside Belushi’s inner circle?
BILL MURRAY: Absolutely. He was talking to people from the outer, outer circle. And I’m thinking, “Wait a minute. That guy way over there is telling you who John Belushi was?”
JOE ROGAN: But you knew Belushi personally.
BILL MURRAY: I did. And that’s what really opened my eyes. Once you see someone get something completely wrong about a person you actually knew, you start wondering how much of what you read is bullshit.
JOE ROGAN: Belushi obviously meant a lot to you.
BILL MURRAY: He made people’s careers possible. He brought so many of us from Second City to New York. He dragged people along with him. There were musicians who benefited from what he did for the blues. There were people who slept on his couch and stayed at his house until they made it.
JOE ROGAN: And you think the book didn’t capture that side of him?
BILL MURRAY: Not in the five pages I read. There was no balance. No compensation for who he really was. It felt like exploitation of his death.
JOE ROGAN: And that’s the problem with narratives like that. Once the book becomes the story, that’s what everyone remembers.
BILL MURRAY: Exactly. John was complicated. He died in a terrible way, but when he was on stage, he was the best stage actor I ever saw. You couldn’t take your eyes off him.
JOE ROGAN: That’s a completely different picture of Belushi than the one people usually get.
BILL MURRAY: And that’s my problem. If someone gets something so wrong about a person I knew, it makes me question everything else they’re telling me.
