There's reason to believe 4001-4012 include the presale allocation, 23M ICP over 12 months. Subtracting out that makes neurons 4001-4037 more linear.

Based on my rather incomplete data, at least 32% of $ICP is staked.

Wow. All 47 locked neurons are maxed out at 8 years. After taking initial profits on 564k ICP, this account will no longer have any liquid ICP until almost the end of the decade.
