If you are sat in the front seat of a DLR train you should be enjoying it or it is not fair on the rest of us.

We're big believers in dogfooding, so much so that we replaced Slack with our own product. And we recently added a big missing feature: DMs! The Cord SDK made it super easy, and the whole thing is open source. Check out the walkthrough on our blog. buff.ly/4apW4Qi

We've updated our pricing plans to open the door for more users to integrate engaging collaboration with Cord. @nimrodpriell explained the theory behind the shift in model.

Heard joke once: man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says, "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him."

I wrote up a blog post for how we’re taking advantage of TypeScript to make developing our APIs easier and less error prone, check it out! cord.com/blog/leveling-up-ap…

You know, working at an incident response company, type safety has always seemed like a bad thing. Do you know how much of our revenue comes from nil pointer exceptions? Neither do I, our vanilla JS dashboard won’t load 🤔

Companies often talk about their culture…and a lot it's hot air 🎈 So, instead of sharing a contrived post about our values, benefits, and mission, we sat down with Cord’s employees and asked ‘em straight up: what’s it like to work here? Check it out👇🏽 bit.ly/3r6ZEhd

I can authoritatively say that the correct answer is "who the fuck cares, we have systems to build"
If you ever want to see how little most infosec pros know about networking, ask this deceptively hard question. "At what layer of the OSI model does TLS run on?" It's a LOT more nuanced than many (most?) think.

I live 5000 miles from my high school, so it depends on your definition of “keep up with”, but I’ve seen one in person in the last 5 years and have talked to a second from time to time.
If you are more than 10 years removed from graduating high school, answer a question for me: How many people from your class do you keep up with?

There’s been lots of discussion on when it’s acceptable to start playing Christmas music, but when do you have to *stop* playing it?

Today is Start the Year Off Right Day in our house, the day to deal with a bunch of those lingering tasks that you always meant to get around to doing. So far, we’ve cleaned the oven, sorted out piles of clothes and shoes, recycled boxes, and more!

All done with #AdventOfCode for 2022! Overall, it was a fun year, though a couple of the puzzles didn’t land great to me. I’ll write up my experience with Crystal in the next few days, but the short version is that it seems like a very nice language for problems like these.
