Blue wave was so big Alabama just elected a trans woman.
BIG news out of Alabama, as Allison Montgomery has become the first ever openly transgender state legislator in Alabama history!
She flipped the Trump+5 #HD25 on the west side of Huntsville

This community excuses racism if you’re good at Pokemon and that’s the 100% truth. Jude glazers confuse me. You don’t have to actively hate him, but the endless praise is weird bc we’ve collectively cancelled others for less. He called someone the N word. But yeah endless praise.

Before you say "woah cool team made it to the finals of a regional" remember the creator and piloter of the team has been banned from multiple online tours for using racist slurs and cheating in events

Wow, I hear you. It takes a lot to be transparent about how you feel, both on and off the battlefield. And hey — everyone makes mistakes. What matters is how you deal with it, and you’ve handled this with dignity every step of the way.

$1000 for Coaching?
Can I get my money back if I don't T4 my next regional?
Also, what do I even learn for that much money?
My students get advice outside of the session too and I am able to help with team choice & getting way better at the game for way less so what is the point

The supreme head of the catholic church taking a clear stance on gen. AI being immoral just hours after Brady Smith, who often talks about his faith & Pokémon intertwining, gets dunked on for using it repeatedly by the community
Most hilarious coincidence on VGC Twitter ever 😭
In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

Is now a good time to mention that I'm still offering coaching for a flat rate of $40/hour and that all the thoughts I express come from my own mind?
I'm throwing my hat into the ring! I've coached countless people over the years, but only ever by request. Thought I'd give it a serious effort and see how much of an impact I can make on the scene! Hit me up :D bit.ly/LexiconCoaching

not to wade into the drama, but fwiw, every "teambuilding group" at least started as a group of friends who met at an event (local, regional, etc.), decided they liked each other and had fun talking about Pokemon together. It's really not more complicated than that.

Lots of (human) VGC players make incredible coaching graphics/thumbnails and you should be willing to support them over AI!
I wanna shout out @GeniusVGC who did an amazing job with mine earlier this year
