For my central VA friends. My glove busted last week before our tournament. Found this company through our local indoor baseball facility @Powerhousestf and this glove turned out great. It is technically off season so he was pretty quick to get it back to us. #newthreads

Last weeks tournament. We played the SML Sandlot ( Great team). 2 for 4 at the dish. 4IP 3H 3BB 5k. We ended up tying poor little team just couldn’t hold it together.

Last strength training day before a 1 day tournament this coming weekend. Chest day ( everyone’s favorite) variety of exercises 3 sets 6-8 reps. #consistency with #discipline. This is the suck not everyone is willing to put in.
