Can elite swing patterns be taught to a little kid? Here's some proof! It's something that's been practiced over and over again! Sure for some it might come quicker than others, but why wait until they're "old enough" to start learning the right movements?

Florida Alum, Amanda Lorenz dominated as a rookie in the the NPF league! Check out her body movements 2 generate a massive amount of power. She may not rotate her back foot fully, but it still becomes weightless close 2 contact and her belt buckle gets 2 the pitcher.

Great video to emulate here
✅Lindor getting slightly to the right of the ball to read hops
✅Staying staggered (feet) to give him adjustability w/ his L foot!!
✅Also notice how quiet his glove is throughout the GB (little movement)

Tracking pitch from release to contact slows reaction time. Start w soft focus on pitcher. As he starts delivery, get into prep step & lock in on the batter - pitch flight in peripheral vision #FridayFielders

Lindor focusing on/exaggerating “Tracking it all the way in” 👀
Many errors happen on “routine plays” because INFs lift their head early thinking it’s an easy play. Make sure you bury your head and secure the ball first!

6-4 DP Feed Ranging to Right👇🏻👇🏻
1) Fielding ball off L foot allows him to stop his momentum (👀 shin angle) & stay under control throughout play
2) Additionally, his torso is turned toward L foot, thus technically fielding the ball in middle of body
