This!!! The symptoms being described are also consistent with significant dehydration, heat exhaustion, or even heat stroke. It was HOT and humid. Proper hydration is extremely important, and it starts well before the event not just once you’re already hot, exhausted, and dehydrated.

Panther/4.6 enjoyers. Please for the love of cigrits. Pull your intake plenum and inspect between Cylinder 5 and the thermostat housing/crossover, even if you have the PI intake Ford came out with in 2003~. Out of 5 4.6's I've had in the shop since March, all 5 had cracked plenums leaking coolant into #5. Ford did update the plenum again in 2024 and I've had good luck so far. Age is for sure starting to show on these cars/motors.
