Ravens coaches that left have their teams at the top of the division. We really just lost our identity in Baltimore. Lamar is missed because we need to put more points on the board and it’ll help out a lot but there’s a bigger problem. Starting at the top. Coaching/gameplans aren’t consistent. We literally play too many different styles in one game.
