New trend I’m looking into: Am seeing more farms selling/shipping direct to consumer recently. Everything from wagu steak from Idaho to sweet purple potatoes from Hawaii. Likely higher quality than what you can get at the grocery store. Any fav farms that I should check out?

Beyond / Impossible are flooding the bottom of the market, not the top. ie: fast food chains, no 4-5 star spots. Industrial meat will crash but quality sources won't. Rather, the wealthy will have real food, the masses will transition to canola oil x plant-based concoctions.
