Polri menegaskan prinsip penting: Setiap warga negara memiliki kedudukan yang sama di hadapan hukum (Equality Before the Law).
Dua pintu kejahatan administrasi yang kini wajib dibongkar Bareskrim :
1. Siapa pejabat Kemendikbud yang nekat menerbitkan Suket bodong tanpa ijazah formal.
2. Siapa oknum KPU yang menerima dan meloloskan berkas cacat tersebut.

Dari hasil pemeriksaan diketahui juga bahwa Sudiono sudah 2 kali melakukan pengiriman uang palsu yang terjadi pada 2025 dan terakhir pada 2026 yang bisa digagalkan.
Dua kali, sekali tahun 2025 dengan total Rp 500 juta uang palsu dan terakhir yang kemarin kita ungkap Rp 980 juta uang palsu.
