"If the outcome of the feasibility study warrants, create an additional option for how taxpayers can file their tax returns. Direct file would give eligible taxpayers a free, public electronic return-filing service option."
Renting is a good and legitimate way to live, and it's high time the state supported it. We decided centuries ago that you shouldn't have to be a property owner in order to vote; why should you have to be a property owner in order to have housing stability?

German, Austrian, and Swiss rental law requires almost all leases be open-ended.
This is a massive shift in the power balance between tenants and landlords. As a result, tenants move far less often.
"Renting as a Lifestyle" is normal because it is stable, unlike in the U.S.
In Cambridge, we consider "4 blocks from the subway station" to be way too far from transit to support density. Better put it on an arterial road instead! 🙄
