Last night an 18-year-old female reported that she was being followed by two vehicles while she was running in Grandview. One of the vehicles, a moped, took actions to stop the runner.

Tipping IS out of control, I have no problem with the idea of tipping....but let's be honest here. The reason we are getting such aggressive marketing in most shops to tip for things now is that we are being expected to subsidize basic wages employers won't.
