FDAO Foundation has officially been struck from the Cayman Islands Companies Register and thereupon dissolved as of 30 SEP 25.
Your DAO tokens are collectables.

After more than 4 years of building, we have started the process of potentially winding down Pixel Vault. We tried our best to create a profitable and sustainable crypto entertainment company. While we didn’t succeed, we want to thank our team, investors and community who pulled for us.
We are currently in discussions with several parties interested in acquiring Pixel Vault and its various assets and continuing to serve the community. We’re also in direct communication with Seedphrase regarding the transition of @wolfdotgame.

A total of 1053 GG Pods were minted and they will share roughly 47 million $GG evenly. The vesting contracts go live August 1st and the GG will vest linearly over 2 years. The website and details on how to claim GG will be announced by the end of the month. Do not fall for any scam links. The link will be on the official 2.0 X and discord.

One thing I’ve learned in over a decade in crypto is that you can never take community for granted. Never play community for fools. Every decision you consider has to be taken from a community first pov. Easy for successful founders to get too big for their britches. Don’t do it.
