After 1 week, my 3-4 days @DHLParcelUK parcel has yet to arrive to Italy. Queried 3 days ago, today's answer is "parcel is being returned because all deliveries exported have been disabled until 4 Jan". If exports have been "disabled", why did you accept my payment? Fraudsters.

No mention of "exports being disabled" whatsoever.
Their customer phone line has is just an automated call handler.
No way for me to understand WTF is going on.
