#TableTennis is a great sport to keep you moving & active. You can play a slow low impact game or pick up the pace, depending on mobility, a fantastic way to improve hand eye coordination. Thanks to @Sport_England for funding our project, let's keep playing!
Regular #exercise is important as you age to strengthen your lower limbs & keep you moving. We provide vibrant weekly sessions to improve flexibility & mobility. #fallprevention #olderadults #over50s

How lovely. Here’s to all of them - Mums, Aunties, Grandmothers, child minders, carers, all the women who look after us and help us to look after each other.
We celebrated the brilliant, kind & supportive women in our community this week, they are mothers, grandmother's, & care givers, who do so much for others. We thank them all and wish everyone a wonderful & happy Mother's Day 💐 🌹 🌸 🌹 💐 @TNLComFund @hackneycouncil #Over50s
