Wonβt lie if I was the US, I would be reevaluating my friendships with white women unless I knew how they voted
Because wtf do you mean?!
as a woman, i think we've all been terrorised by an andrew garfield and i personally think amelia should RUN π
π₯₯: if kendrick was real he would do a remix of βthey not like usβ called βthey donβt like usβ for the kamala campaign
Iβm gonna need Jesus to come back and see what theyβre doing to his homeland real quick
Even then Netanyahu wouldnβt see sense.
A simple case of "you picked the wrong one"
I don't care if the bill is 'only Β£90'. @eon_next have essentially being trying to tell me to 'shut up and pay' for months for a move-in bill that is factually incorrect for MONTHS.
I've had enough. I will not budge.
@EnergyOmbudsman, take a look at this!
For context, @eon_next trying to tell me the first few days when the property was EMPTY, used more energy that when we had actually moved in?!
So @eon_next are trying to scam me & tell me that this is what my meter readings were π
The three days where I literally hadn't stepped foot inside my flat had the highest meter readings?!
If you search 'eon bill' it's literally tweet after tweet of billing mistakes - AVOID.
Whatever you do - do NOT use @eonenergyuk
Twice I've had to switch over from them, as the old supplier, to @OctopusEnergy
Twice I've been met with extortionate bills from the change over period - absolute crooks.
Major respect for Brittany Pietsch
I am also super easy-going until you gaslight me and/or mess with my money - in this case, @Cloudflare were doing both
She deserves a long & successful sales career with a company that treats their employees like people
Get,em @techishpod !
Replying to @Austen
We fired ~40 sales people out of over 1,500 in our go to market org. Thatβs a normal quarter. When weβre doing performance management right, we can often tell within 3 months or less of a sales hire, even during the holidays, whether theyβre going to be successful or not. Sadly, we donβt hire perfectly. We try to fire perfectly. In this case, clearly we were far from perfect. The video is painful for me to watch. Managers should always be involved. HR should be involved, but it shouldnβt be outsourced to them, No employee should ever actually be surprised they werenβt performing. We donβt always get it right. And sometimes under performing employees donβt actually listen to the feedback theyβve gotten before we let them go. Importantly, just because we fire someone doesnβt mean theyβre a bad employee. It doesnβt mean wonβt be really, really great somewhere else. Chris Paul was a bad fit for the Suns, but heβs undoubtedly a great basketball player. And, in fact, we think the right thing to do is get people we know are unlikely to succeed off the team as quickly as possible so they can find the right place for them. We definitely werenβt anywhere close to perfect in this case. But any healthy org needs to get the people who arenβt performing off. That wasnβt the mistake here. The mistake was not being more kind and humane as we did. And thatβs something @zatlyn and I are focused on improving going forward.
The ego of man is so small that rather than look at the root cause and admit that you are the problem
Youβd rather blow shxt up and send people to kill/be killed
