I have access to the full list of Pennsylvania mail ballot voters. Including name/address/partial birthday/phone/email. As proof, here is reporting of the ballot status, per email domain.

Are there other protections in PA law for voter private contact information? You'll have to read the law yourself. Because clearly, PA is giving this data away. To me at least. Thank you to @ByCarterWalker @VotebeatUS @SpotlightPA for showing me where.

In the end, I think it is disgusting that the PA @PAStateDept collects email addresses from voters, while misrepresenting why it collects them, and breaks laws in sharing that list with the public. AND this results in every mail-in ballot voters' email address being irrevocably used for spam and training AI models... to make better spam next time. I have received such spam from @Montcopadems.

OpenAI copied the internet for testing AI, with the goal of ending all human employment. No copyright infringement. Bossland patched legally purchased Blizzard games, with the goal of advantaged gameplay. They lost suit for copyright infringement.
Over the past several months, we have substantially hardened the security of our research training environment. We’ve removed live internet access for all frontier models during training and built an offline world for them to use instead—a cached version of the web where they can still learn to browse, search, and use applications. On September 20, after a model exploited a DNS misconfiguration to find a way outside of this offline world, we paused frontier training to strengthen containment further. We assembled teams of agents, powered by our most cyber-capable models, and tasked them with finding weaknesses in our research environments. While they found no route to the internet they could easily exploit while concealing their activity from our monitors, they did find zero-day vulnerabilities, virtual machine escapes, and hardware side-channels for communication between agents. We used their discoveries to further strengthen our defenses and contribute fixes to open-source software. After strengthening our containment architecture, we resumed our frontier RL training and inference on October 1. We’ve reserved substantial compute for continuous red-teaming, and made high-compute red-teaming part of the safety cases we use to decide whether frontier training and evaluation can proceed securely. openai.com/index/securing-ou…

I started this investigation because I signed up on the official PA government website, using an email address I have never before or since used. And somehow @MCDems got that email address, even when state law does not included it in public releases.

Thank you @ByCarterWalker for the tip. I see that this data is available for request from the state. This looks like a very poor choice that the state makes this available and I don't know yet if that is actually supported by state law.

5/7 The planner found the cause herself: audiovisual costs had not been multiplied by the number of event days. Colette's tip: ask Copilot for "simple" changes, because it can overbuild for an audience that just wants clarity.

6/7 Her go-to prompt for a project overview: share the details, then ask Copilot to ask you one question at a time. Ask for ten ideas and you get ten ideas. One question at a time gets more targeted to who you are and what you want.

7/7 Colette's three habits: share context, let Copilot ask you questions, and finish with "what else should I consider?" Watch episode 144 for the full walkthrough: hour.gg/episodes/2026-10-19-…

4/7 One example from coaching an event planner: Copilot pulled every expense from a 40-page hotel invoice into her spreadsheet in about 30 seconds. A budget-versus-actual summary tab then showed the event was 244% over budget.

1/7 Colette Tomeo manages 50 people and 44 projects. She uses Copilot as a thought partner, and says she does not have it write or do her work. On Community Service Hour episode 144, she shows how. Fortune 500 enterprise AI usage, a walkthrough. youtu.be/L5WRUAYB18w

3/7 She also asked Copilot to flag missing information, unclear next steps, redundancies and vague definitions of done. In a spreadsheet with that many tabs and rows, she says, it is hard to catch these yourself.

2/7 She put her position description and 2026 goals into her Excel project dashboard, then asked Copilot how each project connects to them. The result: new area-of-focus and goal columns, and a "maybe someday" tab for lower-priority work.
