The @theallinpod is pretty good but I can't stand when @Jason promotes Athena for hiring offshore.
That company charges $36,000 per year for an offshore hire but only pays them around $700/month.
Folks should just cut out the middle man.
Save yourself tens of thousands of dollars.
Giving you plenty of margin to pay your offshore assistants better!
(If you really do want recruiting help just hire someone like us who can vet the talent before you work directly with them.)
For anyone in B2B @SMB world… here’s the fastest way to collect on long overdue receivables.
Write a pleasant email to the customer and inform them that their balance will begin to accrue interest at 1.75% per month beginning at the end of the following week.
That’s it.
You’ll typically get a frantic call from someone in the customers AP department to resolve the issue as soon as they read it.
The bigger the customer, the better it works.
It’s quickly becoming one of my favorite Friday afternoon rituals!
