The income tax was literally placed into the constitution in 1913 so it doesn’t matter what SCOTUS said in 1895.

The Supreme Court ruled in 1895 that income tax was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The idea is that if you take the fruits of one’s labor, that would be a form of slavery.

This actually isn’t a very smart take at all. It just boils down to not wanting to be informed and just wanting to live life which isn’t a luxury afforded to people that live in a democratic society. You need to know what’s going on and vote to make your voice heard.

Yes I’m almost 30 and live with my parents but I’m bill free. I only pay for my cellphone and Lyft to work. I’ll move out when rent is what it was like 7 years ago. I refuse to pay anything over $1200 and even that’s a stretch.
